Consultative Services

The Ecopliant Environmental Board, Instructors, as well as their membership is made up of storm water compliance experts/professionals who can be tapped to provide general consultative advice to its membership, and others as it relates to the EPA Construction General Permit, design, and inspection best practices, as well as general guidelines on the application and efficacy of various BMPs. This consultative resource is provided on an Ad Hoc basis and reflects an opinion based on best professional judgement but does not carry any legal liability at this level.

The Ecopliant consulting may also be used as a referral resource to “paid” storm water industry experts/professionals, legally, and contractually independent of Ecopliant Environmental, Inc.
