Day 1 of training focuses on review of ESC Reports and S&EC plans, general Inspector background material and the first part of reviewing how to inspect BMPs, including a description of the practice and how it should be used.  Students are encouraged to participate during in class exercises that illustrate actual applications of BMPs and how to inspect them..
